I haven’t touched the tags, but would say Gleaming Shield does apply as a tag as that is what she is represented as on the right of the image.
Transitioned versions of Shining do the same thing elsewhere on the site.

I would think they would not paint the stripes until the male has submitted. That during the process zebra’s are hyped up and drilled into their heads as superior so earning their stripes becomes a mark of pride.

Yeah, that is what HRT does.
 
It makes you sterile etc.. and feminises depending on how early you start HRT, shining here would also retain their wide shoulders since HRT doesn’t do much for a developed skeleton. Everything else is surgery and cosmetics, HRT also wouldn’t work as fast as it’s suggested here, it’d take about 3-4 years for full effects plus everything else.
