So I’ve gotten an idea for a new MLP fanart-thing. I don’t think it’ll evolve into a full-blown comic or anything but I’ll end up uploading scenes with fic and the like.I have a few characters that are not from Equestria (named Marelan.) The rest of the characters are all next-gen.
 

 
Name: Aubergine Glow (Aubrey, Aubie)  
Gender: Mare  
Age: Young Adult  
Parents: Maud Pie (M) and Starlight Glimmer  
Species: Earth Pony  
Special Talent: Education  
Occupation: student teacher
 
Background: Starlight was a bit relieved when she saw that Aubrey was born an earth pony. She had been woefully unprepared for Moonlight’s magical abilities, and was happy that she wouldn’t have to deal with newborn unicorn powers again. Starlight made sure not to treat Aubrey any different from Moonlight for being an earth pony, but Maud seemed to even favor Aubrey. The two are closer than Aubrey is with Starlight, though that is not to say that Aubrey dislikes Starlight. Aubrey always looked out for ponies younger than her, and was happy to help them learn new things, and would go out of her way to help them find answers if she did not have them herself.
 
Personality: Aubrey is an educator at heart. She loves foals and helping them find their way in life. She puts a lot of effort and time into her lessons, and tries her best to make sure they are well-rounded.
