I also just realized a problem with this image; if both of them are noting this, then I imagine Derpy’s wings must be excited as well. Her wings must be really uncomfortable being restrained by that cloud….

Well, they both seem to be enjoying it, so I don’t think Derpy minds too much. She probably decided that giving her hooves a massage would be a nice think to do to until she can get out. And then she found out that Derpy was ticklish. And that her lower haf started getting all wet… XD
I just imagine Derpy somehow getting herself stuck in the cloud, then Fluttershy sees her and decides to take advantage of her defenseless hooves. Fluttershy’s face is like “I hope you don’t think I’m a pervert for this?”
