I just wanna say I have always supported this ship. While I do enjoy some SunsetSparkle action, I had always approved of him more than Timber. Even ignoring the age debacle, I don’t see how Sci-Twi could be into someone like Timber; he’s too full of himself and cowardly. Of couse I don’t support the whole kill him off thing; just get him out of the way so is to give Flash a chance.
Flash is a very brave, selfless, sensitive, kind and funny young man who only wants to do his part and I think the reason Princess Twilight fell in love with him is because she could somehow sense that, in his own way, he possessed the qualities of the elements of friendship, the very elements she represents.
If it were me, I wouldn’t cave in to the fans’ misplaced hatred of him but rather make him better.
Though I do understand why Sci-Twi would be a tad bit uncomfortable about him. She more than likely would think he was just trying to project his feelings for the princess onto her. But I just feel it would be an interesting story if Sci-Twi would give Flash a chance to get to know her for her. And maybe, just maybe they would find they had more in common than they would think and start a relationship. Sadly, that never came to be, but I guess we can use the fan sites to give our interpretations of what might have been.

I not saying I want to see Timber Spruce die or anything I’m just saying having him in a romantic relationship with Twilight sparkle (Sci-Twi) is Acquired 😐

You do realize that Timber Spruce is in his mid 20s (24)
While Twilight sparkle (Sci-Twi) is in her late Teens (17)
So the Timber light ship is kinda acquired!
While Flash sentry and Twilight sparkle are the same age

I wasn’t defending the TimberLight ship. That ship is horrible. I’m just saying that we shouldn’t be trying to crucify Timber over it. No offense but we’re getting almost as bad as the people who wanted to crucify Flash over FlashLight. Almost. (Yay, bias!)

Okay, look, I don’t like the guy either, and the TimberLight ship can go die in a ditch for all I care, but I’m honestly getting a little tired of the butthurt over the guy. Look, it’s not Timber’s fault that he exists. He’s allowed to do that, okay? At the same time, pairing him with SciTwi was a terrible idea. “gag”

Okay, they’re faces look a little too close together, but I think it’s just because of the shading. The artist did say that her shading wasn’t very good. At the same time, I think I want to cry happy tears. “squeal”
