The stallion stepped onto the floor hesitantly following the mare he had met. She was something new and exciting compared to the average admirer he met in Canterlot, male or female. She was loud and she didn’t care who heard. She wore strange clothing and acted so informal and excited. At first he found her annoying, her loudness interrupting his attempts at finding a suitable one night stand. Eventually he went to confront her but she simply smiled and asked him to dance.
 
Pinkie was attending this party with Twilight and the other Mane 6, all of them having been invited by Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. She was bouncing around excitedly, Rarity was searching for some fame or a lover, Twilight was trying to speak with Celestia, Fluttershy was in the garden, Applejack was investigating the food and Rainbow Dash was with The Wonderbolts. She had been bouncing around and when she spun around she instinctively asked the stallion she saw to dance with her, glad that he accepted.
 
Blueblood watched as she danced so swiftly with such a large bounce in her step. He stared at her and decided that this mare would become his love for the night.
 

 
So Pinkie Pie and Blueblood the night of their one night stand which leads to the birth of an upcoming character.
