Strange that you used dolphins as an example, as their vaginas are technically in the exact same spot as most mammals, it only seems different due to their different body plan. The only mammal I can really think of with a true frontgina is the elephant.
It would only be anatomically incorrect if it were a drawing of something with a defined anatomical structure that was drawn poorly, such as a pony with a spine bent further than physically possible, or yes a human/pony with a vagina where their bellybutton is. This is a monster pony, where everything is uniquely intentionally drawn to be the way it is, therefore nothing on this can be anatomically incorrect without a defined model to compare it to. For example, we don’t tag dolphins or sea-ponies with frontgina.
