Hello Everyone! I got special image for you guys today! Its been in the works for over a month now (admittedly most of that was waiting for models) but I think its finally done!
This image is a compilation of many different models from all kinds of different Blender Pony Artists, and some of these models have never been used by anyone other than their creators.

The Awesome Artists That Let Me Use Their Models (In No Particular Order):
- CreatorOfPony - Creator of the Awesome Tree Roots, the EQG Pinkie Pie and the Applejack she is riding, this extremely talented modeler has provided some of the first High Quality Fully Rigged Blender Pony models ever! and has provided countless new artists the tools they needed to get started in blender. I’m sure CreatorOfPony smiles every time a new artists posts a new image “My first Blender Image” sporting one of his models.
- Uncommented - This very talented modeler is the creator of the bat pony near the center of the image and the creator of the the Tatzljack (I think I spelled that wrong) hiding in the cart on the lower right side of the image. This artist was one of the first blender pony artists I came across and has given me helpful advice on where to start when it comes to modeling. His style is unique and cool, and you gotta love his AMAZING Uncommented STYLE WINGS!, which by the way number 2 on my list of things to learn (In my journals). He also does 3D prints, have one of his models on your desk!
- ShipIsLoveShipIsLife - Few artists up pop outta no where so fast, and improve at such a rate as ShipIsLoveShipIsLife when I first saw his art I was impressed by his photoshop skills and his compositional prowess. Not long after that he started creating full fledged 3D scenes and models. He created both the Apple Bloom Bug Fighting Cart (Don’t know its name) and the Awesome Cart that Uncommented’s Tatzljack is hiding in. He is also working on an awesome looking Animation I look forward to what this artist creates and you should too!
- Temporal333 - Another Awesome Artist! Most of his pony work thus far has been in 3ds Max w/ Vray but recently he’s tried his hand at blender and produced an Amazing Looking Flutterbat (seen right at the front) that undeniably adorable : 3 Look at her with that pear… Awwwww. Go check out his gallery if you like awesome 3D ponies (and some guitar/ gun models)
- ChronoTrickle - Like ShipIsLoveShipIsLife, ChronoTrickle has a knack for improving at a rapid rate and has been working on his pony model for quite a while now. His unique and awesome model is the Applejack in the lower right hand corner of the image, and has a very Pixar’y feel and is extremely impressive for only half way done, and I like the charm it has. If you’ve ever tried 3D modeling this artists deserves nothing but respect
- PercyTechnic - Was the first person (as far as I could tell) to submit a finished work to the MyLittle3DGroup and has been pumping out content ever since. Recently he created an awesome Gilda model (seen on the right hand side of the image) that has been converted to SFM and even used by Argodaemon in an Awesome Poster! That must have been cool! Give him a watch for more awesome models, more cool SFM ports, and more Blender!
- TowarzyszCumill - Creator of the Pony Gas Mask worn by Lyra in the upper left hand corner he has been making awesome blender images for quite a while and recently started using CreatorOfPony’s models. This mask is a tiny piece of his gallery, and he has load of great blender images, and there’s only more to come.
- Faztor5 - Responsible for the cute Fluttershy model in the lower left hand corner, His model is unique, and while it might not be the most complicated or complete model here, its unbelievably better than any model I could make, and its a great start
- JetPowerFIE - Creator of the MASSIVE! Crystal Empire Zephyr (the train in the backround) Its a rare treat to see vehicles (especially at this scale) created in art at all, let alone in 3D, yet here it is, a well made model with all kinds of cool uses given a moment of thought. I did modify the shaders a bit, and its still got a few kinks, but its still a great model, and I’m sure if it was ported over into SFM you’d see it all the time.
- dpplad - Last but certainly not least we have dpplad! This awesome guy is the creator of the beautiful OC in the front of the image between the Applejack and the Flutterbat (Just look at those EYES!) Not only is his model awesome but he’s been extremely nice! Posting a thought out comment on almost every single image I’ve made and for that I want to give my most sincere Thank You!
- Shastro - HEY THATS ME! I only throw myself in here because I made the lyra hair, (had to represent myself somehow : P) Though I’m not sure if I’m an AWESOME! artists, maybe one day
Other Awesome Artists:
Now just because I work in Blender and just because I only showed Blender artists here, doesn’t mean there are loads of EXTREMELY AWESOME ARTISTS! that make pony art that isn’t in Blender. Here is some more awesome artists that don’t use Blender, but still have made some beautiful work and need some attention.
- Harikon - This Awesome ZBrush Artist makes impressive models and is always making more! Seriously some inspiring work.
- FlutterCZ - This Cinema 4D artist has made many cool renders and his gallery deserves a peek
- AlligatorSkiesIX - This 3ds Max artist has created some beautiful models and his Rainbowdash is not only awesome, its cute, functional, and looks great in motion. I have come to him for lots of critique and advice, and I cannot wait for his next creation!
- Destro-the-Dragon - While he may not be a 3D artist that doesn’t make him any less awesome, go to him for any of your pixel art needs, and a sonic oc or two His overwhelming niceness is nothing short of inspiring and like dpplad has posted a comment on nearly every single image I make no matter the quality, always with something kind to say and some good advice.
In conclusion:
I know for a fact that I left out countless artists here and many I may have just never heard of, could not get access to their models, or simply ran out of time. Their are plenty of inspiring 3D artists in the Pony fandom and I recommend you check out the MyLittle3DGroup for all those that I have missed even though they deserve every bit of attention they could get.
I tried not to go over board with the compliments and I know I sounded like a suck up but I mean every last bit of it, and every last one of you 3D artists whether pony or not, whether I mentioned you or not have inspired me and always always push me to keep going.

Render Information: - It took 20 hours on a i7 2.4 ghz CPU to render at 6500 samples (still firelies had to badly photoshop them out)
Other Information: - It took 3 hours to type this
- It was alot of fun
