Ah, Prince Hisan, one of the most obvious “Damsel Stallion in distress” of the show.

I liked “Kirby’s Dream Course.” (It’s practically the only game included that wasn’t a platformer, racer, shooter, or RPG. While those genres are good, it didn’t have as much variety as the NES Classic.) It’s actually quite fun once you learn the controls, (which aren’t as hard as most sports games) and it’s kinda more like a game of pool, and bowling, mixed with golf, puzzle, and Kirby elements.
 
I think the reason they didn’t add many sequel games, like DKC2, or MM7, and why it had fewer games then the NES Classic, is because SNES games are more advanced, and more expensive then NES games. (Some like “EarthBound” fetch high prices on Ebay.) I suppose it would’ve been nice if they included a few more simpler SNES games, like a puzzle game, (Tetris Attack) or Super Tennis for more variety.
 
I think “Chrono Trigger” was left out, because they already had 3 other Square/Enix games included. I don’t mind, because frankly I already have it on Wii, but I didn’t have Secret of Mana, (played it before though) or FF3/6.

Yeah, I agree that DKC2 and 3 should have been on there, along with Chrono Trigger, MM7, and MMX2 and 3. I would have taken those over Kirby’s Dream Course. :P

I’m still hate that they didn’t add Diddy’s Kong Quest and Dixie Kong’s Double Trouble to the SNES Classic, the original DKC is awesome but without the sequels it just doesn’t feel the same.  
100% happy they added Earthbound.

Ooh, what if Nintendo and SEGA collaborated on a Super GeNESis Classic? A compilation of SNES and Genesis titles, including some that didn’t make it on SNES Classic like Chrono Trigger and DKC2.

I hear in Japan, they have a second Famicom Mini (NES Classic to us) featuring many licensed games, so that wouldn’t be a stretch actually.
 
The Capcom Disney games, and Konami TMNT games would be especially cool.

Yeah I hate that, it would be cool to have a Sega mini or SNES classic that featured licensed games from Disney and Nickelodeon and other miscellaneous companies.
 
Also I’m aware there was a PC version which features a Space level, but what I didn’t know was that there were actually going to be more levels that ended up getting cut

I remember it got a PC game rerelease long ago in Sonic and Garfield Fun Pack. (The only time we’ll ever see both characters together) but it hasn’t been rereleased sense due to licensing issues.
 
Despite the crap modern licensed games get, it’s a shame most old great licensed games have a hard time getting rereleased.

Yes that is all true, and it certainly was a hidden gem on the Genesis. I use to play it all the time when I was a kid

I hear that Sega game was pretty good. I hear the actual PAWS team including Jim Davis helped Sega make it too.

I liked this part. Shame none of ‘em had voices though. (The narrator voiced ‘em.) I’m curious what the sphinx would’ve sounded like.
