Ok….know what is funny. After doing about 95% of this comic 2 months ago and leaving it for quick polishing job this week…..I realized I couldn’t remember my original dialogue for this comic. :P I literally never wrote anything down so oddly enough with the panels the way they were I slightly remembered the stuff for the first 4 panels but the last couple panels I literally couldn’t remember the dialogue so this was so weird. :fear: I was really pissed at the fact I didn’t even write it down in my notebook but eh….it’s alright. I think this worked out fine. Muffin is in this as usual.
 
 
Now this comic you can tell is where I truly began to try my newer pony style. Remember this was about 2 months ago when I started this so basically I was testing to see on this if the show style lineart was actually the right way to go on this new style I was adopting. The problem is that the show colors of the lineart really don’t match well enough and make it a little wonky and that’s why possibly the quality of the ponies is a little weaker compared to my usual stuff. A solid thin black lineart I found out literally made this stuff significantly look better and match well with the way I do the backgrounds still. IDK what the hell happened on Spike but I think I may have been tired as hell making him cause he looks so weird compared to the many other times I’ve made Spike. The pose was the likely issue. Again trying something radically different on this comic as a whole was bound to happen. :) It was kind of one of those things where I took this comic as a good learning comic on what would seem to work well and not work well on this comic style. Oh and did I mention now much I still hate making Twilight freaking castle. :) Yup….I absolutely hate making it still cause as I said numerous times….it’s very time consuming and a major pain in the ass. Overall though this is alright but this comic had a good bit of stuff that was different and new and trying to make it all work.
 
 
So the main thing over the next many weeks of these comics is just adapting the newer style I got now. Again it’s gonna look much different than what I’ve always made since forever but also it will have a solid element of my usual-ness I’ve done over the many years. :D Hopefully people will like what I got as I keep rolling out the rest of the S7 comics cause I definitely can say that on this newer style I can do a lot more than what I could do on the normal stuff I’ve done since I started. Hehe you’ll see. Ok so that’s about all I got on this….on we go to the next comic next week. A comic where it’s in a sense something that is kind of a jab at something I’ve made for so many year and people always complain on
