Well, this is Italian Ice, a little different than Ice Cream. And, marshmallow is a difficult flavor to get without using real marshmallows. You can’t just do sugar and cream, with some corn syrup. I personally don’t think marshmallows work well in ice cream if they’re actual marshmallows in it, and like it better if the ice cream is marshmallow flavored.
That’s just my opinion though. I know a lot of people love lots of stuff in their ice cream, but I don’t. Cherries work. Caramel works. Chocolate works.
