I never said anything like that, but the primary identifying features of ponies is their base color, eyes and hair. They share the exact same bodies otherwise.
She has Rarity’s eyes, thus a Rarity vibe. Hueshift her eyelid to dark pink in Photoshop and see the difference, it looks less Rarity-ish and more like Pinkie.

I agree. I absolutely love this, but I also love pudgy ponk. I request a talented individual do an edit!
They do go surprisingly well together, after all, regardless of how odd a pairing as they may seem.
I think the blue eye shadow was sone here to match the fact that Pinkie’s eyes are blue. Just because she never had blue eye shadow in the show doesn’t mean she is incapable of having that shade.
Honestly I don’t think so, I think Pinkie’s true appeal is somewhat misunderstood, I think she pulls off a more feminine look quite nicely, it’s just not done often enough to look normal on her.
Also blue eye shadow, Pinkie wears pink Rarity wears blue.
I’d imagine she would be able to pull such off.
She, along with Flutters do hang out a lot with Rare.
The whole picture has a very strong Rarity vibe doesn’t it? I tend to make Pinkie more sultry than usual.
Extra props for making the nipplies just barely visible through the lace. Great little detail!
