I guess that would explain why the twitter post screencap said Sep 22 2015.
Pinterest albums don’t count since it just shows the date the album was created. Even if you click on the Taringa.net link, it says the album was from April 2015, but if you click on the actual image itself, it says it wasn’t added until last year.
According to google, the picture existed (long link)= before Undertale’s release date (Sep 15, 2015)
