I honestly can’t see Chrysalis doing a thing to Starlight at this point. Without plot reasons like Chrysalis feeding on a bunch of love beforehand or something.
If Twilight and Starlight teamed up without inhibitions on their magic it’d probably be overkill on anything in the show except maybe other alicorns, Tirek and Discord.
