Yeah I actually would tell my partner to hold my spear and go loot some maces if I want to smash something. After all, we’re pretty much raiding so who cares? But if I want to use a spear, I would use it to stab those cats instead of the cart. But then I keep forgetting that I’m an adult who’s nitpicking a minor scene from a movie prequel comic made for kids.

Yes, because if you were in that situation, seeing that a different weapon would be a better tool than your current “crowd control” weapon - the one you were issued by your job - you would ask someone to hold your weapon for you, and you would then leave the situation, go to a local store, purchase the better weapon, and come back with the better weapon to smash the cart so that you could show the cats whatever you are trying to show them. Because that would totally show everyone what you were trying to show them.

You smash perfectly well with an axe. Or cut it to pieces if you prefer. The point is, a hewing spear can be used for slashing.

Because if I want to smash something, I would think of a piercing weapon like spears and not a blunt weapon like maces and hammers that could deal a bigger impact.

I’m looking at it and all I’m seeing is a spear being used to slash like a sword instead of piercing like a spear should. This is like if you have a battle axe and you use it to pierce instead of slashing. If the blade was large enough to be a halberd then maybe.

Ah…. how many times I have to explain this to people? I DO NOT HATE STARLIGHT GLIMMER. And my problem with TWABA has nothing to do with Starlight, but with the way they got rid of the Mane 6 to give her the spotlight. They’ve been treated like trash with no value, THAT’S my problem. Stralight and the changelings’ new form haven’t anythyng to do with my problems with that episode.
 
Now explain me: if I was a Starlight hater, don’t you think I’d have bitched about EVERY existing Starlight episode? But for months I complained ONLY about TWABA. Ah forget it, why I’m still talking. Now the only thing I want is seeing the Movie and the Mane 6 doing something TOGETHER one last time, then I’m out of here. Since the S4. He told me himself one year ago via mail. He find the Mane 6 AND the CMCs boring now. He watches the show ONLY for the secondary characters. I’d post the mail here but… I cancelled it altogether my old mails (yeah I trend to keep my mail clean all the time)…
