a few years ago i would think “oh, propaganda, just like the nazis did!” because that’s the only thing they taught us about in school
but this is way broader than just natsocs, because have you ever talked to a communist? “stalin did nothing wrong, the gulags were perfectly fine, there was no genocide of millions and that is all a hoax”

Crystal ponies are only ponies when it suits them. When it comes time to face the consequences of what they’ve advocated for, all of a sudden they’re not ponies, they’re crystals. They’re also allowed their own authoritarian ethnostate in the form of the Crystal Kingdom while denying ponies the same thing.
