His true name is Turbo, he was a character in an unfinished racing game. So he was put into Sugar Rush.

Really? The trailer that had the bit with Felix in the candy prison tipped me off.
I actually didn’t know he was going to be the bad guy until I first saw him in the movie. I even didn’t actually know who he was playing as before I saw the movie itself.
There’s no spoiler. Even having cursory knowledge of Wreck it Ralph should tell you that King Candy is obviously up to something.
