Well… most of the ‘pressure’ to marry and marry ‘straight’ are social constructs that were made for a reason a long time ago. For some arbitrary reason. I’d like to think we are more open minded nowadays and that you can do much of what you want as long as you ain’t hurting anyone in the process.
 
I’d be totally fine with the thought of ‘Friends with Benefits’ as well myself. I mean… if you care about your friend that much and ya’ll like to get horizontal and it doesn’t complicate things… why not!?
 
I tend to ship lightly as I have that ‘Anyone could be with anyone if you really think about it’ kind of mindset. I have not yet had a ‘Sunken Ship’ personally.
 
My statement was mostly stemming what I saw in front of me, but also that look that Starlight has given them. Kinda a ‘I wouldn’t mind being held like that~<3’ thoughts. :3

It’s no secret TwiSpike is my OTP and all, but I like to keep it kinda open between them too, so don’t be surprised if more Sparlight comes ’round from me (’u ‘)!
 
“Best friends with benefits” is enough for me. Even if they never marry or date, I like to think of them as an unconventional pair with somethin’ special that transcends the need for a label <3!

Everything about this is lovely. It makes me wonder what the relationships are here. I’d like to think that Twilight just feels incredibly comfortable around Spike and trusts him. They have a ‘loving’ relationship, but nothing serious. At least in the way of going out. Though Starlight might feel curious about pony/dragon relationships and sees how things are between Spike and Twilight. Maybe we could see some either lovey dovey stuff with Starlight/Spike or maybe something more sexy? Cause, not gonna lie, that Babs/Spike thing Frist did was absolutely hot!<3
