@Darth Prime
Did they really? I always thought Civil war was about the differences between how Tony and Steve wanted to to act after the bombing incident.
I’m saying there’s two super hero fight movies released by two different studios who had no idea what the other was doing within months of each other and both have moms as a factor.
There was a lot of build up to Cap and Iron Man’s brawl, and the audience saw it coming. Here you have an iron monger that made a living off of the war machine believing he needed to find redemption thought putting a leash on heroes was the best way and even though you didn’t agree with his idea, you can understand why he chose that route.
Cap believed heroes needed to be above government control because if politicians controlled heroes they get to decide who the villains were.
In BM, It was so convoluted. Batman was apparently clairvoyant and was not against killing people and Superman was just… You can tell it was made more to promote Justice league.
@Cyborg_pony
Two movies from different companies release movies of these heroes we speak of fighting in the same year and both have the heroes’ moms as a plot point.
The guy that wrote the comic that killed Jason Todd (which no one really liked until he was killed) was hounded in the streets and also receive death threats. Why bring it up?
I forgot that line. Should of said parents, or “Mom and Dad” considering in the beginning he lamented not telling his dad he loved him.
Again I know that but Tony specifically says his mom that a verbatim line .
Well of course there wouldn’t be. It’s just you could tell they said they needed to add JL stuff.
@Darth Prime
He killed his parents. Not just mom.
yeah that.
It was until the end then it’s “he killed my mom”.

I don’t understand what you’re saying. Are asking me would there be a JL without Superman?
I know all that.

It’s weird.
is really “The Justice league” without clark? i mean he’s pretty much the only guy that can 1v1 darkside and not get his face sashed in.
Edited
DC playing catch-up.

The hell even?
Like Captain America vs. Iron Man, except not quite so one-sided.
If is for magic, Starlight kicks some bacon buns.
I think we’re all a little sick of Batman fighting Superman these days though Injustice 2 at least did it right.
Yeah-huh!
Nuh-uh!
He’d still win.
Uh no.
Even aside the he’s inherent strength though admitting he’s weakness to magic Clark does have another advantage.
He can just as easily hold Mjolnir (plus Cap’s shield no beating that combination).
I hate to say this, but and…?

That was the biggest fight whooping he ever had.
By the way, the artists received death threat letters after that comic went in the early 2000’s
Thor would have gotten up and kicked his ass.
Well…
