I think people have headcanon’d that before. I think I have compared Pinkies and Discords powers, but separated them on the point of Discord being deliberate and thought out.  
While Pinkie’s physics bending is subconscious. When ever she breaks the 4th wall its usually over reacting to an emotional impulse. Like if she feels that her friends are avoiding her…  
And I guess there could be a reason why Discord has given Pinkie Pie the cold shoulder before, maybe he can see what kind of reality warping magical creature is really inside her?

You know, it’s moments like these where I think even DISCORD gets jealous of Pinkie’s level of damning physics! I swear this pony is actually a Draconiquis that’s been sealed away in a pony’s body!
