As long as the clothes have a big enough opening, it’ll work. Tanktops and dresses with straps. You can put on a shirt too, but it’s more work. If the clothes can be opened up larger, that’ll help. But it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle.

You can buy her any clothes her size, and she can wear it.
(except full-length pants, as her legs are shorter, 3/4-pants works better)
