tbh I think this is a situation resembling how Matthew McConnaughey was in Sing and Kubo so his kids could watch something with him in it since most if not all of his (as well as Liev’s I’m assuming) film catalog isn’t exactly kid friendly
wonder if he’s going to give that to his kids
He should autograph it first, they can sell it for big bucks in twenty years when G4 MLP becomes Retro Cool.
I’m from there.
??????
me too

I guess people from the Central Valley are weird.
And after that, if you really want to continue the discussion, you can move it to the forums.
AGAIN, HE CREATED THE SHOW. MEGHAN DIDN’T. LEARN HOW TO READ.
Stephen Hillenburg was always credited as EP on SpongeBob despite having very little involvement after the movie. Meghan McCarthy was promoted to “Head of Storytelling” of all Hasbro girl brands, presumably overseeing everything, yet couldn’t get an emeritus credit on the show that promoted her. Turns out selling out can only get you so far. Stephen Davis is a rat.
@Kaden Bayne Vanciel
You’re not making any sense.
Yep. I don’t need these lectures from you. You’re sounding to me like a jerk.
Hasbro might not take a liking to it.
What? What does that have to do with anything?
Announcement is not production. You have no know knowledge of the show’s production beyond what is revealed, and you don’t know when the script was written. Also remember how long it takes to produce an episode.
I do have ideas for myself. But I might not be telling. You’ll just insult and mock my work, especially if I adore crossovers.
They did say something about MLP being around for the next five years or something, a long time ago.
then why did you say they were?
Difference is that lauren created the show, so of course her name would be in the credits, as it applies to every episode whether or not she had any involvement. None of the other staff created the show, they just wrote for it, directed it, and produced it, so of course they wouldn’t be credited. do you credit a writer who didn’t work on an episode, or a director who didn’t direct an episode, or a producer who is no longer involved with the show’s production? OF COURSE YOU FUCKING DON’T.
Nope. They aren’t claiming that there is gonna be a 10th season.
That’s sort of meant by “core”, dude. (On a side note, it’s funny how those three’s names were removed from the show after being “promoted” higher up. You think Hasbro wouldn’t present them as disposable as everyone else. I mean c’mon, Faust has a perpetual credit, which is funny in its own way.)
