I am legitimately confused about how this image has so many upvotes.  
The cyoa in question has about 8 players with the joke making sense to maybe a further 30 people with at least 2 of those hating it (which would explain the downvote).  
If there was anything particularly impressive about the edit I could understand but it is something anybody could do in 10 minuites do people think the guy who made this is the artist or something.
 
You know what I really should not be surprised by people upvoting an edit based on the content of the original after the members of this website totaly missed the joke in the edit of that bieber image and downvoted that so much.

you mean in the comic or the cyoa it is edited to be about.  
In the cyoa Celestia tried to take away Lunas power and become sole ruler (although there is a slight possibility that Luna was lying about that but I doubt it)  
If you mean the comic then I dunno probably something stupid and poorly written.
