Rainbow Dash had scooped Silver up in her arms and was hugging her tightly.  
Silver wasn’t really used to this kind of intimacy with her mother but she kind of liked it.
 
“Do you like it?” Silver squeaked in a gleeful tone.
 
“Silver why did you do this?”
 
“I wanted to be just as cool as you!”
 
 

 
 
Silver wanted to be as awesome as her mama, since if she is as cool and amazing as her mom she could join her after school and do cool flying stunts.  
It’s all just reasons Silver comesup with to possibly spend more time with Rainbow.
 
Rainbow is ashamed that she made her daughter feel the need to look like herself in order to be cool or special.  
There will be plenty of talking about how everyone is awesome and cool just being themselves. And also not to dye your mane by yourself when you’re as young as Silver here.  
Also this is before Rainbow got the back-slick-wonderbolt mane she has later.
 
How did she dye her mane? I’m not sure.  
Either she actually used up her allowence for mane dye or she dipped her head in a rainbow. Either way it was probably not the best idea.
 
There will most likely not be much more dialouge for this but feel free to come up with your own if you want.
