What about SAI?
Preferably Photoshop or Illustrator, as you get anti-aliasing … MS Pain is fully aliased.
So THAT’S what I should use for EQG screencaps!
The hair isn’t modified, so the blue line is part of the original screencap.
Drawing lines slower doesn’t make them more stable; it’s better to draw faster.
However, I would highly suggest not to draw with a mouse at all …
either use a drawing tablet … or draw all lines by vector
(Photoshop, Illustrator and even MS Paint can do that).
