She’s not based off Fallout anymore. She’s still a gas however. Shades of pink and teal. The ‘nosebleed’ represents blood but she can’t recreate red blood since it isn’t in her palette so it’s the closest she can.
It’s RED cloud. Why would it be coming out of her nose?

Ok, I just read the tags while typing this, what the heck?
Ponified pink cloud from fallout NV, so, it’s the right color for her.
