I… I just acknowledged that. Of course real tyrannies don’t screw everyone equally, there is no way they could run a country if they did.
 
What I was trying to say is that for many dictators, if they had the ability to run a nation the way King Sombra or SatAM Robotnik does (that is, a government that benefits them and only them, because literally everyone else is a slave), they would. Not all of them obviously, as many tyrants explicitly have a group they wish to place over the many, but many would.
 
Of course, there is no such thing as Dark Magic or Roboticizers, so they have to make due with oligarchies.
