When it comes to fanfic versions or OC versions of characters, the official tag is usually there accompanied by the name of the fictional character. Similar to how Celestia with big boobs is tagged both ‘Princess Celestia’ and ‘Princess Breastia’.
That’s what I notice Most often anyway.

Alas there isn’t really a specific tag for her, mostly because I dislike the thought of being ‘That guy’ when it comes to OC’ing up a canon, even though that’s what I’m pretty much doing…But you get the idea.
Just combine ‘dj pon-3’ and ‘fat’ tags and you’ll find them.
Looks like this guy from furaffinity is a starter to this trend, so ‘wubtub’ would be a decent tag.
