A thought occurs to me; if a story was told from Flim and Flam’s pov, we could have a “Road to” episode. Family Guy proved the concept works well, those being the better episodes even in otherwise disliked seasons.

What if these two ended up starting an all out turf war and led to the deaths of many innocents??!! You seen how they can turn Equestria into a global warming nightmare in “Cutie Remark”!! Who knows what would’ve happened f she didn’t fix the problem right away??!!

That doesn’t mean she has to like it in fact just because the map tells them to do it doesn’t mean they have to it’s not her job to fix others problems nor is the map anyone’s boss AJ was just nice enough to try to help she can decide not to whenever she wants. They were willing to let Granny Smith jump to her possible death to preserve the idea their elixir worked AJ had to sell them out just to keep Granny from potentially killing herself then you have the incident where they were going to take her farm and leave them homeless and broke.
 
I’m not saying that not helping them is the right thing to do it was right for AJ to help out but she didn’t have to and she certainly doesn’t have to like it or them she was nice enough to help them in the end but saying it’s her problem and she has to do it is completely incorrect.

IT’S A PROBLEM WHETHER YOU LIKE THEM OR NOT!!! If I were sent to help someone by the Cutie Map, even if s\he wronged me in some kind of way, I still would’ve help him from a bad depressing situation (no matter how much grudge I hold against him\er)
 
Because at some point, their misery may be much worse than I had endured

Of all the not-really-villains, they are probably the worst. I half expected them to get redeemed though, like the rest of the recurring antagonists. Not sure if I’m glad their not.
