I 100% fully support the idea of L Lawliet being Pinkie, ‘cause, as much as she acts like an idiot, she is WWWAAAYY smarter than she typically lets on, which I think is most apparent in S5E11 “Party Pooped” when the rest of the Mane 6 stumble upon her filing cabinet full of folders, detailing various ideas for party dos and don’ts for everyone in Ponyville, including Twilight’s Turophobia.  
So if any of them could match wits with Twi, it’d probably be Pinkie.
 
Though I think Ryuk would be better matched up with Rainbow Dash, ’cause he dropped his Death Note to the human world out of sheer boredom, and RD seems to be the most easy-to-bore out of all the Mane Six.
