Grounding the pegasi would possibly be best done by running a hair clipper through their flight feathers a few times. Lots of ineffective flapping until those feathers grow back

well, you need to check the majority of anthro Fluttershy images on this site. most of them involve her having enormous breasts (those pics are very popular)

it has to do with the corruption of something cute/adorable. it’s also kinda funny and the orange jumpsuits are somewhat attractive. also, it appeals to love for bondage/restraints of any kind :)
personally it’s nice to see Pegasus ponies as they are grounded with no flying allowed
