Ice King - Tragic Backstory because the Crown drove him mad. You’re taken seriously.  
Trixie - Willingly tried to sacrifice herself in order for Starlight to move on. She’s taken seriously.  
Black Mage - …Unless you’re Vivi, no.  
Mickey Mouse - …I take him seriously for two reasons: “They’ll Pay For This” (or the moment where the Heartless realize they have f**ked up by nearly killing Goofy) and Epic Mickey (aka, Rapture meets Disneyland).

to answer 4: That’s a Volus from Mass Effect who went crazy from exposure to an element that gave him incredible cosmic powers…though in actually he only THOUGHT he did, and in fact was quite powerless.
