Description

A commission for TheShadowscale
So, you know how I said the last commission was challenging? Take that and crank it up to eleven, and you’ve got this piece right here. Still, it was a lot of fun, and certainly a diversion from my usual repertoire. If I keep this up I just might learn how to paint.

This was one of my favorite commissioned pieces. It saddens me that it no longer decorates my home :/

This is really neat! I love that they were able to pull off some rather neat lighting effects with watercolors. I love the slick, wet look of the pavement, too!

I’m going to start the chain again because “wow” was my first reaction as well. Such an amazing and detailed piece. It takes a lot of control and patience to make watercolor work for you like this!
