I have no idea what KanashiiPanda’s actual intentions are on the matter, but it’s my own personal headcanon that Cadance, as the Princess of Love, is basically generating a lust aura that makes everyone around her increasingly horny and less inhibited. It affects all of Equestria to an extent, but obviously close proximity to her - especially over a long period of time - makes it much more severe.
