No, that change would make no sense grammatically or especially when you include the rest of the sentence:  
“This doesn’t look ’bad’ to you not because it’s not human enough; it’s the style it was drawn in.”
 
In other words, “this looks ‘not bad’ to you because of the style, not because of the horse pussy”.  
Completely reverses the meaning.
 
 
Now, if you simply had to have the “not” at that spot, it should be,  
“This looks ‘bad’ to you**,** not because it’s not human enough but because of the style it was drawn in.”

Yeah, for what it’s worth this was more an exercise in imitation (re: Nezumi) than actual preference. His stuff is indeed on the grotesque side of things, but I love all of the little crinkles and lines he puts in.

As much as I love “Anatomically correct”, this is disgusting.  
If your mare look like that, bring her to the vet.

Why is there a hole in her clit? Clits don’t have holes in them. Might want to look at some real-world examples. Also, the folds are thin and protruded, not tight, plump, and firm, while her ponut looks burnt or shriveled up. I guess it just might be stylized, but that still doesn’t explain the hole in her clit.
 
And finally, it just doesn’t fit with the picture. I don’t want to compare, but the other edit blends in much better in my opinion. I do somewhat like the wink itself, but it does look a bit odd with the hole.

Its a good attempt but her ponut look strange. And probably making the area around her pussy grey would make it look less like an edit.
