It could also be somehow for whom English isn’t their first language, and they’re using a crappy translator program.
There’s difference between typos or slang for faster writing, and writing badly, though. Writing “enmy left side” during a firefight is excusable, writing “u ar all nub luzrs” while standing at spawn isn’t.
To be fair, everyone messed up every now and then when typing in-game. There isn’t much time until what you want to type become irrelevant.
It’s what happens when kids have online-allowed PC for a nanny, though. Also known as “negligent parents”.
