Imagine the life that is outliving one’s green son. Though he may be an idiot, it would still kill you to watch him slowly die, succumbing to age while you live ever on.
 
I’m drunk, so forgive me. But oftentimes being an anon myself… this image really does kind of hit me. Imagining Celestia grieving over someone, even someone as stupid as your typical anon, strikes me as really sad.
