@Radiant_Heart I don’t think that kind of wordplay was intended here, but that interpretation could work as well. What I do think is somewhat downplayed in my translation is a different implication of the suffix ‘-астый’, that of possessing something superfluous, excessive or oversized. It’s like she is implying that having hands makes him a freak.
 
As for the second phrase, it’s not like “do me right” usually means something to the effect of “please be gentle”, especially if she’s saying it with that face ;)

Once again, some wordplay is lost in the translation. “Рукастый” can also mean “skilful\dexterous”.
 
And the second phrase has a more “do me rough\fuck me till I pass out” tone to it.

Rainbow is a god.

Translation: Come on, you beast with hands… Do me right!
