Meh.  
The “dress” isn’t all that appealing. The gloves, the skinpyness amd the body “measurements”…  
In my personal opinion, they don’t fit a character like Pinkie Pie.  
Don’t like the way the hair is detailed/shadowed, either.  
Still, credit is given. Even with all my complaining, I wish I had Cog’s talent.

In terms of overall mannerisms, imo Pinkie is the closest to actually qualify as a bimbo, but I agree skimply clothes isn’t really enough. Unless there’s some info not in the description we’re supposed to know.
 
Pic’s too hot for me to really care though.
