Since so many comments are about Brain, I’ll guess the others.
 
Carl is the best singer, and Pinkie sings a lot.
 
Dennis is untalented at drums, and died ironiclly. I’m going to say RD.
 
Brian is obviously Twilight.
 
Mike Love has no soul. Rarity is the most souless.
 
Everypony forgets Al Jardain, so Applejack is him.
 
And since Fluttershy got left out, let’s make her John Stamos. She’d be good with dealing with Bob Sagat, The Olson Twins, and eveone else on that show.

Fluttershy was my first thought, but then I thought about how Twi went completely nuts in “Lesson Zero”. Then again, we’ve seen all of them lose it to some degree. You may be right.
