Yeah, it probably is about in every anime. Hmm maybe Bleach but not sure really.

By this point it’s like a stock anime scene. Almost every one has done this scene/frame/pose at this point. It’s a popular enough pose and angle I’ve seen it on a bunch of western stuff too. First thing that came to mind was the Last of Us cover.
But, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a specific anime scene this is referencing. My bet is on Bleach. Or probably some slice of life anime everyone keeps talking about but I’ve never seen.
