So that timeline shows us how the Apple Family lose to Flim and Flam and they lose Sweet Apple Acres because the Mane 6 aren’t form and they didn’t help the Apple Family. Right?

Unless their industrial growth is limited to ponyville and not to the entirety of equestria then technically this would be the “best” timeline, as it’s just ponyville being effected and there are worse fates than becoming an industrial town

Not to mention that, in order for the human world to be accessed between it and Equestria again, the Crystal Empire would’ve had to come back with the mirror. At that point, Sunset would not be able to do anything to Equestria, because Sombra would be too powerful for her.

There is no way Sunset would have the opportunity to start her evil plan, since there wouldn’t be any Element of Magic lying around to steal. It was hidden in the old castle and Twilight needed the magic of Friendship to obtain it.
 
Same for sirens. The only reason they started coming up from the shadows was because they saw the opportunity of stealing equestrian magic, which wouldn’t get to the human world without the plot of the first Equestria Girls.
 
So… Lucky Equestria, fucked up only 7 times over?

Well, nowhere was it even implied she didn’t. As far as I know, she’s still a dangerous and ambitious enough antagonist. We just didn’t see it. Twilight most likely jumped over some timelines.

I also wish that we could’ve gotten a Trixie ruled universe. If Flim and Flam could get their own rule, why can’t Trixie?

Well, for this timeline to happen Celestia would have had to beat Tirek, Nightmare Moon, and Chrysalis all on her own. It’s possible she won these fights but died from her injuries or something later on.
