Console be master race?! well is depend of the game you play, some game are far better on PC and some on console!

The thing with less-than-stellar graphics and practically no story aside from you killing demons is better than the advanced game with good graphics and a story that… well, actually, that’s less than stellar also. The story is bland, but it shows that the gameplay can trump both graphics and story.
 
Consoles have not been capable of rendering 4k graphics with 60 fps for a long time while the PC can, if it is strong enough. If one comes with the argument that you have to constantly upgrade the PC, I’ll reply by stating that I’ve only upgraded the PC I’ve had for a long time once or twice. The last time was 1 and a half years ago, where I went from a 32-bit operating system to 64-bits, and got better data, storage, and a good graphics cards. It’s worked quite well. Along with that, there’s a new console every few years, and game creators shift to that console, meaning you have to by thee upgrade in order to play those new games.
 
The only console that will be able to do 4k or 60fps will be the Scorpio, and that’s not out yet. Along with that, Microsoft intends for it to be more of a luxury item than their other consoles, and it will cost far more. Along with that, you can’t get 4k graphics or 60fps without the game designers deciding for it to be so, so if they don’t you’re out of luck. You can have graphical capabilities even higher than 4k, and it won’t work because the games tend to max at 4k textures, if they even feel like making graphics that good.
 
Along with that, there’s how consoles are meant for gaming while PCs can do gaming, reading, looking up various… pictures, and many other things to entertain. A basic Overwatch PC team actually went up against the best Console Team and won, which may be due to variances in the Mouse and Joystick.

That’s not 4k… It’s just 4k downscaled to 1080, it makes the lines smoother but doesn’t make it clearer

Spec Ops the Line was also a game that had subpar gameplay, but was lauded all over the place as an excellent deconstruction of the modern military shooter.

Hi Planescape: Torment, a game that’s pretty bad on the mechanical end but gets a pass for having some good writing, it’s a good thing you exist, but it’s a better thing you’re not the norm.

Uh… PC always had better graphics and 4K support waaaay before next-gen consoles came out. Graphics on consoles pretty much always suck and the only reason games run on them as they do is optimization. PC usually have much better hardware so they can provide more frames with higher quality even without proper optimization.
 
Not to mention that for proper gameplay in games that actually are more than another copy-paste tunnel shooter with auto-aim and auto-heal you’d need a precision tool like mouse and more keys if it is a strategy or any other type of game that actually requires you to think…  
So yeah, consoles literally have NO sides where they are better than PC apart for the price.

PC wins all the time because good damnit its tool to work too ;p

I would have argued that gameplay was the top most important thing in a game, but I just finished playing Undertale. That game is pure genius in a story level, but as for graphics and gameplay… So yeah, now I’m in the camp of a good story will trump bad gameplay.
