I’ll admit, I know very little of Death Note so I didn’t know of the first point, but seeing this is one in the pony world it’s likely the second point is moot as there are no humans.

Two reasons:
 
First off, Death note rule number #33 states that People 124 years or older cannot be killed by the Death Note.
 
But even more important is Death Note rule number #1. Which is “The human whose name is written in this note shall die”

That’s only true on an ANSI layout, ISO and JIS layouts have them as the same key.

BS, on my KB, 2 and “ are the same button, the latter one is activated while “shift” is being pressed.
