Well whatever floats your boat man. It’s just that the resemblance to real world ponies is superficial at best so I can’t except horseponies as true. But hey ,difference in opinion. :)

I can see that, and frankly it is a lot cuter and more appealing, but in terms of representing them in flesh and blood, I can’t accept it as true, partly because I take “pony” to be literally that, and partly because I think the frisson that comes from clop is in the taboo, which comes from the resemblance to zoophilia, without actually being such.

I want to visit my mom and up on her wall she had a new profile portrait of a bunch of horses, and suddenly I “got it.” It’s way more like a stretched human face than nearly any other animal.

Well the thing is, is that thier faces in the show are so not-horse-like that I always thought “Realistic” ponies shouldn’t have horse like faces at all.
