And yes and no about the reboot….“technically speaking” its a “ retelling on a paralel universe that doesnt erase the cannonical universe but expans the unvirse” yea its a bloody mess…
They didn’t even change any of their personalities, people.
In other words the original Dante doesn’t exist, and knowing Capcom they’ll try to no longer bring him up like Megaman.
