She’s clearly thin. But I’m pretty sure that body position emphasizes the ribs, such that plenty of people of healthy weight will have visible ribs in that posture.

See, this is the problem with lipstick colors that are so far removed from natural tones. There’s that blaring area on the inner part of the lip that’s still visible from outside, but that lipstick won’t adhere to.

Other than that, an excellent cosplay.
