Tiny Twi opened her mouth wide, looking as though she were about to let out a mighty sneeze. But it was not a sneeze that left her, but a loud, greedy and somewhat scratchy Ahhhh.
A spoon filled to overflowing with sweet, delicious ice-cream floated forth. The Princess smiling fondly, mimicked the sounds a train would make as it came closer to the fillies eager muzzle. Open up for the Canterlot Express.
If this was what being sick entailed, Twilight hoped to get sick more often

The thermometer could have read her as having a cold.
If the ice cream stays down, then you’re body’s getting better and can handle it.
But if not– Little known fact: Ice Cream tastes just as good coming back up as it is going down
